Why We Love This Coffee
Peru Chirinos was produced by members of La Prosperidad de Chirinos, a coffee grower’s cooperative located in northern Peru’s San Ignacio province, within the Cajamarca growing region. Cajamarca, which extends to the Ecuador border, is situated in the Andes mountains, the longest mountain range in the world. Since being founded in 1968, Chirinos has grown from 36 to over 700 members, some of whom have been a part of the organization since its inception.
Mocha Java is a classic blend known for its fruit-forward flavors. In our version, two Ethiopian coffees combine with a third coffee from Sumatra to create a complex and smooth blend with just the right amount of fruit presence. This delicious coffee is also certified organic and Fair Trade Certified, which shows our commitment to doing right by the earth and our growing partners.
French Roast is our darkest roast and features a high grown, fully-washed coffee from Latin America as its foundation. The goal with this French Roast blend is to develop delicate smoky nuances while retaining sweetness and fruit-toned chocolate flavors.
