With a clean acidity and delicate fruitiness, this Peruvian washed-process coffee from Sol y Café serves as the foundation for this year's Super Bloom blend.

We add another coffee from the Norandino cooperative, which contributes a delightful strawberry note that fits beautifully with this blend’s intention to embrace spring.
