Decaf Shakeout Organic Blend

The current version of Decaf Shakeout is made up entirely of coffee produced in the Chiapas and Oaxaca regions of Southern Mexico. The coffees were selected based on cup profile, physical preparation, and potential to express excellently once decaffeinated.

Like all decaf coffee at Equator, Decaf Shakeout is decaffeinated using the water process method of caffeine extraction. This chemical-free process allows much of the coffee’s original flavor characteristics to be retained, resulting in a flavorful decaffeinated coffee.

Decaf Shakeout Blend is certified Organic and sustainably sourced from the Chiapas & Oaxaca regions of southern Mexico.
