Northeastern Legacy Blend is built around a pair of coffees from the Southern Guji Zone in Ethiopia. The first is a natural-process coffee that gives the blend its fruit-forward character. The second is a vibrant, fully-washed coffee that adds brightness and subtle floral notes.

For added complexity and balance, we then compliment this blend with a dynamic mix of coffees from Colombia, Peru, and Sumatra.

All of the component coffees featured in this blend are both Fair Trade and USDA Organic Certified!

Why We Love This Coffee

Northeastern University's legacy of innovation began in 1898 when it launched classes at the Boston YMCA. Today, Northeastern is recognized as a global leader in research and experimental learning.

Equator Coffees co-founder Helen Russell's time as a student at Northeastern helped to nurture and hone her entrepreneurial acumen, providing her with an early vision of a business of her own that would be a force for good in the world.
