About the Producer
Born into a farming family, Cristóbal Córdova Jiménez grew up working the land alongside his parents and siblings, cultivating coffee as well as staple crops like corn, beans, and potatoes. In 1994, Cristóbal began his own coffee journey after receiving one hectare of land from his parents. Starting with traditional varieties such as Typica, Bourbon, and Pache, he gradually expanded his farm and diversified his plantings to include Caturra and, more recently, Gesha.
