Origin Story
Faysel Abdsh, Mulish Washing Station, Aricha Washing Station (Ethiopia)
Multiple Producers (Bolivia)
Las Rosas Women's Group (Colombia)
Prime Meridian Blend centers around two exceptional Ethiopian coffees, both sourced from Testi Coffee—a family-owned company deeply rooted at origin and dedicated to supplying the specialty coffee industry with high-quality beans.
The first component is a fully washed lot from the Aricha washing station, located in Ethiopia’s famous Yirgacheffe growing region. The second is a natural (or dry) processed lot from the Mulish washing station in the Guji region. Together, these coffees lend the blend its sweet stone fruit-like character.
To enhance the complexity and add depth to the blend, we’ve incorporated a fully washed coffee produced by smallholder farmers in Copacabana, Bolivia—a small coffee-growing community of 35 families located in the heart of the country’s coffee region. This coffee contributes a rich, caramel-like sweetness to the blend.
The final touch is a fully washed coffee produced by a group of women farmers from the Huila region of Southern Colombia. These farmers are members of the Association of Women Coffee Growers of West Huila (Asociación de Mujeres Cafeteras del Occidente del Huila), known as the Las Rosas Women’s Coffee Project. This multi-organizational initiative supports the group through economic opportunity, social empowerment, and a focus on coffee quality. Their coffee completes the blend with a creamy body and
notes of bittersweet chocolate.

Why We Love This Coffee
Featuring coffees from some of the world’s best known and most beloved producing countries, Prime Meridian Blend is designed to be smooth and satisfying. Originally, the blend was developed in collaboration with a Bay Area technology company for serving in their offices. One of their employees suggested the name “Prime Meridian” as a whimsical play on Equator’s name.
